We offer in person and online group meditation facilitated and guided by James Aitchison. Everyone is welcome and no experience is required.

In person – Monday evenings at 7:00 pm in the Chapel

Online – Wednesday afternoons at 5:00 pm on Zoom

Meditation offers an opportunity to reduce stress, grow in self-knowledge, and come closer to God. Our focus is on breath-centered meditation, inviting our bodies to relax while remaining alert. We also incorporate body scanning and usually finish with gratitude meditation.
