Meditation

We offer in-person and online group meditation facilitated and guided by Hannah Athanasiadis. Everyone is welcome, whether you are a first-time meditator or experienced meditator.

Meditation offers an opportunity to reduce stress, grow in self-knowledge, and come closer to God.

Our focus is on breath-centered meditation, inviting our bodies to relax while remaining alert.

In person Monday evenings at 7:00 pm in the Chapel. Doors open at 6:45pm and are locked at 7:05pm, so we can begin and end our practice together and avoid disruption once practice has begun.
