Meditation

We offer in-person and online group meditation facilitated and guided by Hannah Athanasiadis. Everyone is welcome and experience is not required.

Meditation offers an opportunity to reduce stress, grow in self-knowledge, and come closer to God.

Our focus is on breath-centered meditation, inviting our bodies to relax while remaining alert. We also incorporate body scanning and usually finish with gratitude meditation.

In person Monday evenings at 7:00 pm in the Chapel.

Online Wednesday afternoons at 4:00 pm on Zoom.
