Bible Study
We offer Bible Study online twice per week – 10:00 am on Tuesdays (with Dr. Jack Grady) and 10:00 am Thursdays (with Rev. Maya Landell). Join us as we read and discuss Scripture together throughout the year, in a welcoming and brave weekly community.
Following Sunday’s experience of engaging scripture through word and music, we read the same scriptures weekly that Christians around the world read, the Revised Common Lectionary.

This free, all-ages program is lead by Minister of Music, Jason Locke, together with an team of volunteer leaders.
Following the singing, there is a time of hospitality in the Reception Room.
Come sing together as we gladden each others hearts.
Meditation
We offer meditation twice per week — 7:00 pm on Mondays in person and 5:00 pm Wednesdays online. Sessions are facilitated and guided by James Aitchison. All are welcome; experience is not required.
Meditation offers an opportunity to reduce stress, grow in self-knowledge, and come closer to God. Our focus is on breath-centered meditation, inviting our bodies to relax while remaining alert. We also incorporate body scanning and usually finish with gratitude meditation.
United Church Women
The United Church Women (UCW) has been described as the “hands and feet” of the church.
UCW offers fellowship, exploration and development of faith and leadership development for women of all ages in the congregation.
Any woman willing to contribute to the work of the Church is welcome to become part of Islington’s UCW. Our group focuses on outreach ministries.
