Fall Cooking with The Resonance Project!
This Sunday evening at 7 pm, join Cynthia Smithers for an online cooking class. Together we will make “Easy, Healthy Buddha Bowls.” Buddha Bowls make for a lovely dinner, or a healthy, well rounded lunch. Simply round up your ingredients, then join us on Zoom.
Ingredient list
2-4 tbsp olive, coconut or avocado oil
1 red onion
2 sweet potatoes
1 head of broccoli
2 large handfuls of chopped kale, stems removed
1/2-1 tsp each salt and pepper
1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
1/4 tsp turmeric (optional)
1/4 cup tahini
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 lemon, juiced
2-4 tbsp warm water
