Meditation with James: Wednesdays 5:00 pm (online)
April 5 at 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
We’ll pause Wednesday meditation for a few weeks after May 3rd, resuming June 7th.
Meditation offers an opportunity to reduce stress, grow in self-knowledge, and come closer to God. All are welcome and no experience is required. Our focus is on breath-centered meditation, inviting our bodies to relax while remaining alert. We also incorporate body scanning and usually finish with gratitude meditation.
Join James online via Zoom on Wednesdays at 5:00 pm for meditation.
