Meditation Online

All are welcome to join us Wednesdays at 4:00 pm on Zoom for online meditation facilitated and guided by James Aitchison. No experience is required.
Meditation offers an opportunity to reduce stress, grow in self-knowledge, and come closer to God. During this weekly drop-in guided experience, our focus is on breath-centred meditation, inviting our bodies to relax while remaining alert. We also incorporate body scanning and usually finish with gratitude meditation.
