Meditation In Person

All are welcome to join us for in-person group meditation facilitated and guided by James Aitchison. Everyone is welcome and no experience is required. Chairs are provided.
Meditation offers an opportunity to reduce stress, grow in self-knowledge, and come closer to God. During this weekly drop-in guided experience, our focus is on breath-centred meditation, inviting our bodies to relax while remaining alert. We also incorporate body scanning and usually finish with gratitude meditation.
Gatherings take place most Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm in the Chapel.
