Join Cynthia Smithers on Zoom for a crafting session in honour of Have a Heart Day.

Together we will be making cards and completing colouring pages to send to the Prime Minister and local Members of Parliament.

We are calling for the government to ensure that “First Nations children have the opportunity to grow up safely at home, get a good education, be healthy, and be proud of who they are.” (https://fncaringsociety.com/have-a-heart)

We hope you will participate in this opportunity for us to connect, learn and grow as a community! The session will be recorded, so you can visit at any time to learn how to make your own card.

– construction paper (red, pink, any colour)
– white paper
– pencil/markers/pens
– scissors
– tape or envelope for your card
– glue

Optional items:
– craft/decorative tape
– ribbon
– acrylic paint (red, white, pink, or other)
– stickers
