Cynthia’s online Ballet Basics classes (no experience required) introduce the movement vocabulary of ballet in a fun and healthy atmosphere. Cynthia will lead a mixture of floor barre, barre and centre exercises that do not require much space.
From now on, class will start at 5:15, but don’t worry if you can only make it for 5:30, as the first 15 minutes will be floor exercises. Join in whenever you are able! I suggest bringing a yoga mat/towel and a chair (or something else to use as a barre).
