Join us for Autumnal Equinox Meditation with James in the Sanctuary at Islington United Church, on Monday, September 25 at 7:00 pm (in person).

Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to get settled in. We will be done by 8:00 pm, allowing some time to digest our experience and share a bit if we like.

All are welcome to join us, and no experience is required. Feel free to invite friends and family. No pre-registration or fee is required. Although masks are no longer mandatory, you are encouraged to wear one if you prefer.
