DESCRIPTION:Vessels of Light: A Meditative Art and Wellness Workshop\nFacilitated by Victoria Vickers (She/Her)\, B.A. CYC\, DTATI\, RP (Qualifying) & Magdalin Livingston (any pronouns)\, MT\, DTATI\, RP (Qualifying)\nThis is an hour and a half meditative art and wellness workshop where participants will be invited to engage in two guided art activities facilitated by art therapists. While this is not therapy\, these activities aim to provide moments of intentionality and connecting to internal wisdom. The theme of this art wellness workshop leans into the idea of being a vessel for divine light\, and asks\, where does light come in for you and how do you want to shine your light with the world? No artistic experience is required\, but registration for the workshop is necessary with only 25 spots available (cost $10 per person).
