SUMMARY:Holy Week: Meditation
DESCRIPTION:We offer in-person meditation facilitated and guided by James Aitchison. Everyone is welcome and no experience is required. This week\, meditation will be in the sanctuary for Holy Week. \nMeditation offers an opportunity to reduce stress\, grow in self-knowledge\, and come closer to God. We offer online meditation weekly on Zoom where all are welcome and no experience is required. Our focus is on breath-centred meditation\, inviting our bodies to relax while remaining alert. We also incorporate body scanning and usually finish with gratitude meditation. \nOnline meditation takes place on Wednesdays at 5 pm on Zoom.
