DESCRIPTION:We offer online meditation facilitated and guided by James Aitchison on Zoom. Everyone is welcome and no experience is required. \nWednesday afternoons at 5:00 pm on Zoom. \n\n\n\n\n\nMeditation offers an opportunity to reduce stress\, grow in self-knowledge\, and come closer to God. We offer online meditation weekly on Zoom where all are welcome and no experience is required. Our focus is on breath-centered meditation\, inviting our bodies to relax while remaining alert.
