DESCRIPTION:All are welcome to join us Wednesdays at 4:00 pm on Zoom for online meditation facilitated and guided by James Aitchison. No experience is required. \nMeditation offers an opportunity to reduce stress\, grow in self-knowledge\, and come closer to God. During this weekly drop-in guided experience\, our focus is on breath-centred meditation\, inviting our bodies to relax while remaining alert.
