DESCRIPTION:We offer in-person meditation facilitated and guided by James Aitchison. Everyone is welcome and no experience is required. \nMonday evenings at 7:00 pm in the Chapel. \nMeditation offers an opportunity to reduce stress\, grow in self-knowledge\, and come closer to God. We offer online meditation weekly on Zoom where all are welcome and no experience is required. Our focus is on breath-centred meditation\, inviting our bodies to relax while remaining alert. We also incorporate body scanning and usually finish with gratitude meditation. \nOnline meditation takes place on Wednesdays at 5 pm on Zoom.
