We offer meditation facilitated and guided by James Aitchison twice weekly. Everyone is welcome and no experience is required.
Online: Monday afternoons from 4:00 to 5:00 pm on Zoom.
In person: Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00 pm in the Chapel.
Meditation offers an opportunity to reduce stress, grow in self-knowledge, and come closer to God. Our focus is on breath-centred meditation, inviting our bodies to relax while remaining alert. We also incorporate body scanning and usually finish with gratitude meditation.
